Event Photography Agreement

This agreement is made between Those Photo Ladies (“Photographer”) and [Client Name] (“Client”) regarding photography services for the following event:

Services & Compensation

  • Photographer will provide event photography services at the rate of $250 per hour.

  • Minimum booking: 3 hours.

  • Additional time requested by Client beyond the agreed hours will be billed at the same hourly rate.

  • Payment is due as follows: 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the event date.

Image Delivery & Usage

  • Photographer agrees to deliver a curated collection of high-resolution digital images within 7 days after the event.

  • Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images.

  • Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered images at their discretion for personal, promotional, or organizational purposes.

  • Unedited RAW files are not provided, just JPGS

  • While not required, Client is encouraged to credit or tag Kaitlin Roten Photography when sharing images on social media.

Other Terms

  • Photographer will make every effort to capture key moments but cannot guarantee the inclusion of every guest, detail, or requested shot.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing Photographer from fulfilling services, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.
