Will my photos be password protected?

Yes! All photos are securely protected so that only those who are supposed to will see the photos. Your data is also kept secure with us and is never shared.

What background choices to you provide?

We choose one background to photograph all the kids at the same school. Instead of using greenscreen backgrounds, you will receive multiple poses and looks of your student to choose from. We think that neutral backgrounds distract less from what’s the most important part - your student!

HOw long do I have to order school photos?

In most cases, you will have a two-week ordering period to place your order for free shipping to the school. During this time you can always choose to pay for shipping. After two weeks, all those orders will be processed together and delivered to the school. The event stays active until a month before the next school photo day.

do you offer retouching to a photo?

Yes! This is an add-on you can purchase for any of your photos. If you have a question specifically, just chat with us. If you purchase retouching and a digital download. The first digital download that you’ll receive is the non-retouched version. This happens automatically but we will send you an updated file.

What should my student wear?

We think about this A LOT! We have written an article HERE. You also can ask us to get access to our free tool. This will ask you several questions to narrow down what you want your looks to be and then give you actual clothing items you can order from online retailers. To get access to this, simply chat with us on our website or fill out a contact form.

how many poses do I get?

While we don’t cap the poses at a certain amount we do take the time to work with each student. Some students are more cooperative than others. You will see all the photos that are available in your gallery. Our team does our best to make each student feel comfortable, relaxed, and give their best smile.

Do you style my child’s hair before the photo?

We have several adult eyes on each student before coming before the camera. Our team works together to make sure everything is in place to get the best photo of the student!

how long does it take to get my digital copy I purhcased?

After purchasing digitals, a link will be emailed to you for download. This is almost instantaneous. If you don’t receive your downloads within 24 hours reach out to us so that we can see what the problem is.

How do i download my digitals?

You will receive a link. Click on the link to start your download. You will have seven days to download your files. Please make back-up copies of these files.

When do I get my physical products?

If you choose to skip the payment directly to home (within the first two weeks of ordering), your products will arrive two weeks later to the school.
