How to Prepare

📸 Backdrop
Photos will be taken indoors on a neutral background for the yearbook.

👕 Clothing
Wear your school polo and make sure it’s clean and wrinkle-free. (Iron it the night before for best results!)

💇 Haircuts & Styling
Schedule haircuts at least one week before photo day. On the day of, style hair neatly and give teeth a brush.

😊 Encourage Your Child
Remind your kids that photos are fun, fast, and easy! Reassure them to relax, smile naturally, and let us handle the rest.

What to Expect

⏱ Individual Attention
We spend at least one minute with each student to capture multiple poses and help them feel comfortable.

🖼️ Multiple Photos to Choose From
You’ll receive several different photographs so you can pick your favorites.

💻 Simple Viewing & Ordering
Photos are available through our secure online gallery for easy viewing and ordering.

📩 Personal Access Link
You’ll receive an email and text when your photos are ready. Your personal link goes directly to your child’s gallery — only you can see it. Feel free to share the link with family so they can order, too!

How to Order

🛒 Online Ordering
All viewing and ordering take place online through your personal gallery link. We accept credit cards and Apple Pay.

🚚 Free Shipping to School
Enjoy about a 1-week ordering window with free delivery to the school. Orders placed with this option will be grouped together and sent to the school to be distributed with your student to take home.

🏡 Ship to Your Home
Prefer faster delivery? You can choose to have your order shipped directly to your home instead of waiting for the school delivery.

⏰ Order Deadline
Make sure to place your order before December 5, 2025. This guarantees your photos arrive in time to gift for the holidays.

Ordering & Policies

1. Pricing
   Prices do not include sales tax. Products are available à la carte or in convenient packages for easy ordering.

2. Free Shipping to School
   Free shipping is available for the first 10 days after photos go on sale* (subject to change). These orders are grouped and delivered together. (Digital downloads are automatically delivered same day to your email.)
   Watch your email for alerts when this free shipping period ends.

3. Ship to Home
   For faster delivery, select Ship to Home (shipping fee applies).

4. Payment
   We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

5. Digital Images
   Digital images are delivered same day via email to the address used at sign-in. Please note: digital images are not returnable.

6. Copyright
   Per copyright law, the purchase of digital images is for the purchaser only and may not be shared with others.
