The school agrees to distribute the marketing material provided by Those Photo Ladies to the students.

TPL agrees to distribute marketing material no less that two weeks before schedule photo date.

The school agrees that TPL will have a space to photograph the students. If outside then a safe space for students to wait. A rain option will be discussed and chosen if outside photos are desired.

The school agrees that TPL will need student rosters no later than two weeks prior to photo day (and updated day of if necessary). The roster needs to include student name, grade, class, birthday (for password purposes). The roster's information is kept confidential.

The school agrees that TPL will provide all equipment on photo day with the occasional use of stools and/or chairs.

The school agrees that photos may need up to two weeks for completion. Once completed, TPL will send confirmation to the school with instructions on how to view photos to the main school contact.

The school agrees to send parents instructions on how to view photos and gallery expiration warnings.

The prints and products will be delivered to the school, arranged by the classroom, and then alphabetized to be handed out to the students and parents.

The images are copyright protected. You do not have permission to make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by the photographer.

TPL agrees to give the school a portion of the profits of the sales.

TPL needs to be fully informed on the COVID 19 precautions of the specific school prior to photo day. TPL employees will wear face masks, wash hands if possible or use hand sanitizer in between children and classes. TPL employees will not come to the school if they are feeling ill or have knowingly been in contact with COVID 19 positive patients. While contact with photographic gear is highly unlikely with students TPL will come with gear properly sanitized before entering the school.

TPL will follow the CDC guidelines for best practices for stopping the spread of COVID 19. Rescheduling because of schools or TPL employees contracting COVID 19 may not be possible.

TPL agrees to contribute a portion of the proceeds from sales to the school as a charitable donation.

Teachers and staff will receive a 50% off code for purchasing photographic products.
