April 6: ALL siblings*, Rooms 1-5
April 7: Rooms 6-10, VPK cap and gown (Please make sure if you have a VPKer that their hairdo will fit under the graduation cap.)
*ALL siblings also mean their individual photos at the same time. No need to send them dressed for photos (even if that’s their class photo day!)

Personalized Portraits
Chose your favorite school photo, give a few details, and we will create a beautiful custom portrait for you.
How to Prepare
Photos will be taken inside with an ocean color backdrop. See the promo photos for your school to see examples. We like to give our parents variety in choosing which photos you love. So in some cases, full body shots will be taken of your kids so plan accordingly with a full head-to-toe outfit. As always, a non-photo day outfit can be sent in with your child to change in to after photos. Full body photos are not always guaranteed.
The best pro tip for choosing outfit colors is to think of where you want your photos to live. Coordinate outfit colors to display your photo products seamlessly in that space.
You can’t go wrong with neutral colors with pops of blush, light blues, light greens or greys.
You should set up a haircut appointment no less than one week prior to photo day.
What to Expect
We spend at least 1 minute with each student to give multiple posing options and make your kids feel comfortable with us.
You will receive an email and text when your photos are ready! No need to bring a paper home or register, just sit back and relax.
There is easy online viewing and ordering! No physical proofs will be mailed prior to ordering.
How to Order
When the images are ready, you will receive an email or text with the specific URL for your child.
The school will also do an all school announcement that photos are ready just in case the email goes to your spam folder.
There is a two week ordering period with FREE SHIPPING to the school for two weeks after viewing. You can always choose to ship to your home for a fee.

There will be 2-week ordering period for FREE shipping to school or option to ship to your home. All orders that choose the FREE SHIPPING option will be queued in the system until 2 weeks. The orders will be delivered to the school and sent home. There is also an option to bypass the queue and ship directly to your home.

FREE SHIPPING is available in the first 2 weeks for shipping to the school, all of these orders are queued in the system (expect digitals are automatically delivered). If you want expedited delivery of your products please select SHIP TO HOME for a shipping fee of 5.50. All major credit cards accepted. Ways to decorate your home with school photos
We've had a lot of years of experience creating beautiful school photos and seeing them expertly displayed in homes. Follow these tips to seamlessly incorporate your new school photos into your home.
Styling a table
You can style an end table or dresser with your framed school photos. Create balance and dimension by mixing in taller items with objects that are more flat. Lamps or vases can serve as the taller items and the framed photo can be given more height on top of stacked photo albums or books. To finish this look off even more, you can fill in the wall behind it with a large frame or mirror.
Include plants in styling your photos to add a different visual dimension to the space. This adds a natural element and a different texture. Add at least one plant to the shelf for a clean look.
Styling a bookcase
Style a bookcase with your newly framed school photos. When putting photos on a bookcase (or set of shelves) make the bottom shelf more visually weighty. Use baskets or boxes to declutter the shelves. This is also a great place to add at least one plant to your space.
Don’t forget about your kid’s rooms when you’re thinking about where you want your school photos to live. Kids love having photos of themselves for them to see! It helps keep perspective about what is important in our homes and it builds self-confidence. Go for more neutral frames that can continue to match your kid’s room style as it changes over time.
