Fall photo day schedule coming!

We are so excited to be back at Pinecrest. You must wear your PURPLE POLO for yearbook photo day.

Here are some dates to put on your calendar:

Aug 12: yearbooks on sale. Buy them here!
Feb 20: yearbook retakes (sign up here), class and club photos
March 11-13: Spring Photos
May 1: Graduation Photos

How to Prepare

Photos will be taken inside with a timeless beige colored seamless paper.

Students must wear a purple polo for the yearbook photos. Make sure that outfits are clean and freshly ironed.

You should set up a haircut appointment no less than one week prior to photo day.

And just remind your kids that this will be fun, fast and easy! Just reassure them that you want to see their best smile and to relax! Let us do the rest!

What to Expect

For yearbook photos you can expect a few different options but only one will be chosen for correct formatting for the yearbook.

Two -three weeks after photo day there will be easy online viewing and ordering!

How to Order

Viewing and ordering take place online! Nothing to do before photo day except wearing your freshly ironed and clean purple polo.

You will receive an email and text with viewing and ordering directions. This will be your link directly to your photos and no one else will be able to see your photos.

There will be about a 10-day ordering period for FREE shipping to school or option to ship to your home. All orders that choose the FREE SHIPPING option will be queued in the system until the free shipping period is over. The orders will be delivered to the school and sent home. There is also an option to bypass the queue and ship directly to your home.
